Star Sign is the only blend we offer in our stores at the moment. It is a beautiful combination of 2 coffees that results in a very balanced espresso, or drip with a bit of extra depth. This is our staple espresso at all Black Sheep locations for a reason. We develop this coffee a bit further than our light coffees in order to find the sweet spot for espresso with milk (or non-dairy). Expect notes of Nougat & Citrus compote when brewed as espresso!
